Ann Dillon
Design,
color, and texture have always been major components of my life in one
form or another. I grew up in my parents' freelance home furnishings
design studio. I majored in Fine Arts at UNH.
I've always had to create something. For a long time, that took the
form of weaving - mostly one-of-a-kind wearables. Since 1993, I've been
working with polymer clay, making mainly beads and jewelry. A few years
back, smaller beads began to nudge at me and want to be part of the mix.
In my daily work, I'm the Art Director of Cobblestone Publishing, where I design two magazines and oversee design and production of our five other magazines for children.
